Norway – Lovatnet and Briksdalsbreen

Wonderful morning at the Lovatnet. A lake like a mirror and sunshine. We decided to do a daytrip to Briksdalsbreen, where you can hike near a glacier and further up.

The drive to start the hike was just 40 minutes. To the glacier lake its 3km and 220m elevation gain. After staying a bit we decided to hike a bit further up to have a view from above.

After returning to our car we drove back to Lovatnet to stay the night.
