Norway – Trollstigen Geirangerfjord Hjella and Lovatnet

After we reached the most northern point of our trip we started to continue our loop to the south.

The start was the Trollstigen pass in the morning with mystic clouds continued by the Geirangerfjord to Hjella and finally Lovatnet.

The morning started cloudy. A very moody feeling at Trollstigen with snow coming in.

Next stop via the pass to the Geirangerfjord. From the top viewpoint you can walk 1km to a waterfall with amazing views into the fjord. Highly recommended. At the viewpoint we experienced tourist crowds like crazy. Luckily they all had no time to walk to the waterfall 😉

We continued through Geiranger up to the next pass Geirangervegen to our destination Lovatnet. From this point on the weather surprised us with sunshine ;). Along the way we stopped at Hjella.
