Scotland 2024 – #03 Dornoch – Dunrobin Castle – John O Groats – NC500

We spent most of this sunny day and the following at Dornoch Beach and watched some Golf playing guys. In the late afternoon of the second day clouds came and we decided to continue to go on a kind of NC500 trip (we havent heard of that before).

The NC500 is a roundtrip along the north coast (hence the name) of Scotland. Dornoch is on this route and we decided to follow the route a bit and did a stop at the castle of Dunrobin.

After we continued to the north-easterly point of the main land of Scotland: John O Groats.
