Madeira 2025 – #03 – Bica da Cana – Rabacal

We thought it could be a good idea to check if there are some views from Bica da Cana. We had lots of views from up there, with snow ;). The first time in 4 years Madeira had snow. We turned around and started to hike in the rain down to Rabacal, where lots of beautiful birds hopping around looking for food. We continued to a waterfall called Cascata do Risco – beautiful but wet. After this one we continued to the way more famous (dont know why) Lavada das 25 Fontes. If you are in the area SKIP THIS ONE. Masses of people attempting to hike there.
